This is for those folks who want to kick up their training with a fat blasting burst! Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Our version consists of ultra-high-intensity exercises plus barre moves in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval or a longer tabata 45 secs on 10 secs off. It may only take four minutes or so to complete one Tabata circuit, but those four minutes may well push your body to its absolute limit. Each workout is less than 26 mins!
